Howdy Folks
Colorado has to be one of the best places
in North America to camp and ride off-road dirt bike, Jeep and ATV. From the Front Range outside
of Denver to Silverton in the southwest of the state, trails abound from
mild to expert only.
This site is my attempt to share with the world my
camping and off-road dirt bike trail riding and dual sport experience in Colorado.
This web site is a collection of great trails and
dual sport riding that I rode while on vacation in Colorado this year
(2007). I also rode one day in Moab, UT so it is included too. You will
notice several links to Garmin track logs on this site. These are logs of
every trail that I have ridden while in Colorado. If you have a Garmin GPS
you can download these files into your computer and upload them into your Garmin. I have commentary on each trail and a difficulty rating. The
reason I have made this site is to help folks like me find great places to
ride. Before I went to Colorado to ride I spent many hours researching
where to dirt bike ride and camp. I thought maybe I can make someone else's trip a
little easier. BTW if you don't have a Garmin GPS, do yourself a favor and
get one, they are the bomb. I bought a GPS
map 60CSX for my
motorcycle and I also own the C-330 for my truck. This little GPS will
show you a moving map and also track your ride or follow a track you
install. You can download every trail I
have ever ridden here.

Colorado this year to fulfill a
dream of mine to dirt bike trail ride the gorgeous
Rocky Mountains of Colorado. I must say it was a hoot. Gorgeous country,
great weather and fantastic trails to ride. I found Colorado dirt bike trails to be
a welcome change from the sandy trails I am used to riding in Florida.
However I did have to get used to dirt bike riding through all the rocks. I hope you
get a chance to ATV trail ride or dual sport Colorado, and If you do I
